• Voucher is to be presented on day of treatment
• 6 months validation unless otherwise advised
• Not redeemable for cash
• Not to be substituted for products
• Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers
• Expired vouchers will not be valid
• A 50% cancellation fee will apply if you cancel or move your booking without 24hrs notice
• Voucher must be mentioned/presented/noted at the time of appointment/reservation
• Subject to management discretion
